Injectable treatments and cosmetic skin procedures can address many of the visible changes that occur with aging, including expression lines, folds and wrinkles, changes in facial volume or proportion, uneven pigmentation, and changes in skin texture.
Dr. Bogle takes an individualized, anatomy-based approach to cosmetic treatment, with an emphasis on preserving natural facial proportions, expression, and balance.
Depending on your concerns and goals, treatment may involve injectables, skin procedures, or a carefully selected combination of approaches designed to complement one another. The goal is subtle, natural-looking improvement that remains appropriate to your individual features.

Botox® & Other Neuromodulators
Neuromodulators such as Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin® are injectable medications used to temporarily relax selected muscles. They are most commonly used to soften facial expression lines caused by repeated muscle movement, including frown lines between the eyebrows, horizontal forehead lines, and crow’s feet around the eyes. In selected patients, neuromodulators may also be used to soften fine lines around the upper lip.
Depending on your anatomy and treatment goals, neuromodulators may also help address concerns beyond traditional expression lines, such as excessive sweating, a gummy smile, downward pull at the corners of the mouth, chin dimpling, prominent neck bands, or other effects of facial muscle movement.
Several neuromodulator options are available. While these products work through a similar mechanism, their formulations, dosing, onset, and duration can differ. Dr. Bogle will recommend the product and treatment approach best suited to your facial anatomy, previous treatment experience, lifestyle, and preferences. In some cases, she may use different neuromodulators or adjust dosing strategies across facial areas to achieve the desired balance of movement and softening.
Precise placement and dosage have a significant effect on the final result. Treatment is tailored to your muscle movement, baseline lines, facial balance, and desired level of correction. Generally, the objective is to soften unwanted lines while preserving normal facial expression and avoiding a frozen, heavy, or overly treated appearance.
Injectable Fillers & Volumizing Agents
Changes in facial volume and structural support occur gradually with age and can affect the cheeks, temples, lips, chin, jawline, and lower face. Injectable fillers and volumizing agents can be used to restore volume, soften folds or depressions, refine facial contours, and provide subtle enhancement when appropriate.
Successful filler treatment is not simply a matter of adding volume. The amount, location, depth of placement, and choice of product all influence the result. Dr. Bogle will evaluate your facial structure, proportions, areas of volume loss, skin quality, and treatment goals to determine whether filler is appropriate and where it may be most beneficial.
A range of injectable products is available, including fillers in the Restylane® and Juvéderm® families, Belotero Balance®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra®. These products differ in composition, consistency, and the way they integrate with the surrounding tissues. Product selection is based on the treatment area and the desired effect rather than using the same product for every purpose.
For many patients, the goal is not to create a different face, but to restore or maintain facial balance while allowing normal expression and movement. Treatment may be conservative and performed gradually, particularly for patients new to injectables or those who prefer subtle changes. This measured approach allows the treatment plan to evolve thoughtfully over time.
Injectable fillers may also be incorporated into treatment plans for selected depressed acne scars or other contour irregularities.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels can be used to improve uneven pigmentation, sun-related discoloration, acne, post-acne marks, fine surface changes, and overall skin texture. Different peeling agents and strengths can be selected based on your skin type, the condition being treated, and your desired recovery time.
Chemical peels may be performed as a stand-alone treatment or incorporated into a broader plan that includes laser procedures or medical-grade skincare. Dr. Bogle will recommend the type and strength of peel most appropriate for your concerns, skin characteristics, goals, and preferences.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a superficial exfoliating treatment that removes some of the outermost dead skin cells and can leave the skin feeling smoother and more polished. It may be helpful for mild surface roughness, dullness, keratosis pilaris, general skin maintenance, or as part of a treatment program for selected pigmentation or acne-related concerns.
Because microdermabrasion is a relatively superficial procedure, it does not provide the degree of correction possible with other resurfacing treatments. It can be a useful option for patients seeking subtle refinement with little to no recovery time, or as part of a broader treatment plan.
Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is an injectable treatment used to reduce the appearance of unwanted superficial veins, particularly spider veins and selected small reticular veins of the legs. During treatment, a solution is injected directly into the targeted vessel, causing it to close and become less visible over time.
Treatment is tailored to the size, location, and pattern of the veins being treated. Improvement develops gradually over weeks to months following treatment. More than one treatment session may be necessary, and not all veins will respond to therapy.
Dr. Bogle will evaluate the vessels and determine whether sclerotherapy or another treatment approach is most appropriate.
